Open Question: Is the value of a cash loan, paid back by working it off, an equal ratio in value?
I loaned a pal cash. Prior to moving he used to work for me at a rate of $10.00/hr. He has been unable to pay back the loan in cash since moving away. He has returned & has offered to pay back the cash loan by working it off. It does not seem that the work rate of $10.00/hr is equal to cash. Could someone recommend a reasonable ratio of what a $10/hr work hour would be to the the actual cash value? The issue I have is that he was supposed to pay me back in cash & due to his past I had no reason to believe he wouldn't. Understandably, these days we are every suffering difficult times, him as well as I, but in reality I really did need the cash,. Having him work it off is a solution but it isn't ideal nor comparable to me getting the cash back. The loan that was supposed to be paid back 9 mths ago & working it off requires more of my input,. I want a reasonable middle ground. I don't feel it is an even exchange but I want it to be fair. I would like an objective point of view. Thank you.

Open Question: Can you help me out with name that movie?
i hate to say this but the only part of the movie i can remember is the ending. a bunch of people had to nice of race to find some money that is stashed in several different landmarks. the last landmark is a bridge that they are underneath on a boat. they find the cash, they battle over it and let it fly away everywhere. the end. i know they used to air this every weekend on TNT or TBS or maybe even USA for a long time back in the tardy 80's early 90's but without even a slight hint of the name of the movie i dont think i will ever find it. ty hearts guy, it is Scavenger Hunt (1979)

Open Question: What are some good fonts for the cover of a tabloid?
Well I'm making a tabloid and I'm just wondering some good fonts to use for the title, preferably the ones they use on the front covers of the celebrity magazines you look at the cash registers of stores. I don't mind what font it is, as long as it's available on Word. And also, any 1600-esque type fonts will do, since my tabloid will be about Romeo and Juliet rush, it's due tomorrow, although I got the story done I had no idea where to post this question, but I think the Computer section will do fine since, hopefully, there will be some of guys who know a lot about fonts =P Thanks in advance

Open Question: What would I get for these at gamestop?
Halo 3: ODST - Brand New, Hardly Ever Played, one of the biggest cash cow milking's out there, in other words, it blows. Dragon Age: Origins - Played a little, no real disk damage - Fun until you've beaten in once or twice, have no interest of re-playing. Call of Duty: World at War - Bought used, played the hell out of, still in good, working condition though. - Fun until MW2 came out, and MW2 is already starting to suck because it's just camping and boosting. How much would I receive for those three used games? Because two of them cost $60 New, and One Costs $50 new. These are Xbox 360 games. I wanna Buy Bad Company 2, and I already have about twenty dollars to put down, so I was wondering if I could receive $40-50 dollars for these games, because they are still going for pretty high prices. BEFORE YOU POST AN ANSWER. DO not tell me 'Gamestop rips you off Man! Sell the shit on Ebay', well I'm not a 42 year old Hippy who uses Amazon.com or Ebay, so no. OR that these games are amazing and I shouldn't, they've been collecting dust for over 3 months now.

Open Question: Bad times to be sarcastic online.?
The internet is a great place for sarcasm. Being smart and sarcastic can be entertaining and often humorous. However, there are times when sarcasm isn't a very productive tool. For example, when you buy an item off ebay or an online store, it is rather counterproductive to try and be witty to the business offering the service. Here is one example of somebody being sarcastic online at the wrong time, wrong site Somebody ordered one of my shirts and sent me 1200 pennies. Enclosed was a note that said, "You will find $12 in cash, specified as acceptable currency per your shirt page." Not only did it cost him four dollars extra to boat, but it cost me fifteen minutes to count and four hours to go out in the woods and shoot squirrels in frusteration while I thought of what I was going to in response. Naturally, because he did pay for a shirt with "perfectly acceptable currency," I sent him a shirt. However, I sent him a "perfectly acceptable" shirt, as ordered, chopped into 1200 pieces. There's a valuable lesson for you. Perhaps if you hadn't learned the lesson now, you would buy a puppy online in pennies and the pet business might do the same. how many answers can I receive to this before it gets taken off for violating guidelines? The clock is ticking

Open Question: Why would my ex contact me completely out of the blue after 6 months of ignoring me?
What should I do? He ignored me on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines, His 18th Birthday, and My Birthday!!...and now he's contacting me completely out of the blue 6 months later? I dont want to go back to square one. Basically he cheated on me and "moved on" without the person he cheated on me with....and he never looked back....completely ignoring me with no regard for hurting my feelings. Callous! It really hurts knowing the person you fell in adore with is having sex 3 times a day, and "sleeping" every night in the same bed with his new "significant other" for the last 6 months! He threw me away like a disposable tissue. Should I totally ignore him now....forever? I'm not just going to pretend Im glad with his behavior and everything is peaches and cream. What he did was horrible. I wrote this 10-page email when every this s*** went down which basically tells him exactly why he's a greedy jerk, with specific examples of his behavior. It's not a friendly letter. I promised I would send this letter if he ever contacted me again. It tells him off in DETAIL exactly how he's a jerk. But i think that letter might backfire, by showing him that i still care and that he still has every that power over me... and how hes hurt me. But it's TRUE. So should I just ignore him? Should I continue to leave his voicemails unanswered? I mean he ignored me for 6 months while he was bangin his new squeeze. I could have been dead for every he cared. Should I send the letter? And why is he contacting me after 6 months of no contact? He knew i fell in adore with him and still treated me that way. We had an age-gap relationship where i was his "sugar daddy" so-to-talk. I felt used for my money, and I think he never really loved me, just my money. But if that were true, he would have never left the money in the first place. He had everything and he still left. He's been diagnosed as Bipolar-1, and is not taking his meds or going to therapy.... but I don't think that has anything to do with it. He can be the "perfect" boyfriend to his new squeeze for 6 months and counting, so if he wants to be nice, he can be. Dont i have every right to be pissed, and let him know about it? Even if it has been more than 6 months? Your thoughts... Back in December he wanted to borrow money from me because he "bought Christmas presents" for his new squeeze. Can you beleive the nerve! He didnt even bother to buy me a Christmas gift, but wanted to borrow money from me because he was every tapped out of cash from buying OTHER people presents.

Have you ever noticed how Obama uses what he obviously perceives as soothing softening smart code words that he often uses in his speeches or hidden in his 2000 + page bills ? I.E. TERRORISTS = are really just " Extremists " SOCIALISM = getting your " fair share " ILLEGAL ALIENS = are really just " undocumented foreigners " SOCIALIZED MEDICINE = health care reform MASSIVE DEFICIT SPENDING = is really just a " stimulus " TAX INCREASES = are really just " fees " NATIONALIZATION = is really just a " bailout " or an " investment " JUNKING GOOD USED CARS TO BUY NEW CARS YOU CAN'T AFFORD = is really just " cash for clunkers " IMPOSING RESTRICTIONS ON AMERICAN GOODS & SERVICES SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASING THE COST OF every AMERICAN GOODS & SERVICES + IMPOSING RESTRICTIONS ON AMERICANS COSTING THEM MORE TO USES GOODS & SERVICES = is really just " Cap & Trade " Is it any wonder that Obama referred to his mentor & Pastor Jeremiah Wright as " just like a crazy Uncle " ? Why does Obama use meaningless rhetorical catch phrases like " a change you can believe in " which sounds more like a TV detergent commercial ?

Does anyone know how to find required rate of return when the growth is non constant using DCF? I know how to find it when there is a constant growth, using K=D1/Po + g. But I'm not sure how to calculate it if the growth is non constant.

Open Question: Need script for short film. Help.?
Im a student in a film making institute. We have been given a project for making low - cost short film. This project has 60% of our marks in it. We need to make it to pass this year. I need a good script which wont require much cash to produce & easy to shoot. The writer we selected is not going to be able to make it so the principle has given us a chance to make a film even on a pre - existing script. Can anyone tell em where i can find a great script? Any site, ideas, anything will do. Thank You, God bless

Open Question: How do I transfer personal debt to S-corporation debt?
I purchased an S-corp three years ago, primarily with seller financed debt. It was a stock transaction, so the debt is personal, not corporate. Currently, I deduct the interest paid to the seller (Rule 89-35). I am considering an SBA loan to refinance the debt at a lower rate and longer term. The lender tells me it will be a loan payable by the business (corporate debt). My question is how to handle the accounting. When I enter the loan payable to the SBA lender on the books, do I also need to set up an offsetting loan receivable from the shareholder (me)? If so, I will essentially be paying back the loan to the s-corp from s-corp distributions, with no cash changing hands. Are there other ways to handle the transaction without incurring any tax consequences? Thanks!
